Act Insurance Managers Limited is a provincially Incorporated Company in Ontario, Canada.

We have developed specialized insurance products for the mortgage industry.

We service both brokers and lenders with unique mortgage insurance coverage, previously unavailable in Canada.

Our second mortgage insurance coverage could be considered a "first" in the marketplace. The coverage we can supply will protect the lender’s investments against loss of income and capital, and grow their markets.

The mortgage industry, because of increases in property values, has been under pressure to make greater loan amounts. Our mortgage insurance will reduce the risk for lenders and allow property owners to use their equity to its full advantage.

We are insurance managers who have developed a mortgage insurance indemnity plan, which is underwritten by Fenchurch General Insurance Company, Mississauga, Ontario.
